/var/log/brs/adm/adm.log顯示。

Cause

如果 Windows 電腦上的 PowerProtect Data Manager 憑證無效，可能會發生此問題。

Resolution

在 Windows 機器上：
  1. 以系統管理員身分執行unregister.bat
  2. 將 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl 重新命名為 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\ssl.old
  3. 將 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db 重新命名為 C：\Program Files\DPSAPPS\AgentService\dbs\v1\resources.db.old
  4. 以系統管理員身分執行register.bat
  5. 核准 PowerProtect Data Manager 端的註冊。 
  6. 檢查備份是否正常運作。
