Symptoms

ワイヤレス ワイド エリア ネットワーク(WWAN)接続は、休止状態からの再開またはシステム起動後にWindowsログイン画面で自動接続できません。これは、システムがMicrosoft Active Direction Domainサーバーに参加している場合に発生します。

これは、2要素認証のWindowsログイン オプションを適用したユーザーに発生します。WWANが唯一のネットワーク接続である場合、プロセスはWindowsにログインしません。

Resolution

ワイヤレス ワイド エリア ネットワーク(WAN)ドライバーをアップデートする

Qualcomm 4G(Dell Wireless 5826e)WWAN用ドライバーをバージョン1.0.14.23以降にアップデートすると、この問題は解決します。ドライバー(Dell Wireless 5826eおよびQualcomm Snapdragon X12ファームウェアおよびGNSS/GPS用ドライバー)は、[モデム/通信]に表示されます。

このドライバーは、Windows Updateを実行している場合にも使用できます。
