Resolution

以下是可用於解決問題的故障排除步驟。錯誤「錯誤發生於 SSL/TLS 交握」是未來 DDMC 版本安全性強化的結果。根據對照表，可能支援 DDMC/DDOS 組合，但由於安全性變更而無法運作。KB 文章「DDOS/DDMC 是否支援 TLS 版本 1.1 和 1.2？」包含所有技術詳細資料（需要有 Dell 支援帳戶才能檢視此文章）。使用 DDMC 6.1 管理 DDOS 5.7.4.0 之前版本的 DD 時，就會發生此問題。將受管理的 DD 升級至 DDOS 5.7.4.0 或更新版本即可解決此問題。

針對其他可能的問題原因，請按照下列故障診斷步驟操作：

使用「ping」和「net lookup」命令雙向檢查 DD 與 DDMC 之間的連線能力
如果需要，請添加適當的主機條目以使 ping 和查找成功。
在 DDMC 中，也執行下列命令，檢查與 DD 的連線：

存取 SE 模式，並使用 telnet 檢查 3009 連接埠是否雙向開啟：

在 DDR 和 DDMC 上：
透過開啟 SSH 命令列連線來存取 SE 模式 [例如使用 putty]

注意：DDOS 版本 7.7.5.25、7.10.1.15、7.13.0.15、6.2.1.110 及更新版本中已淘汰「SE」命令，僅供 Dell 員工存取。

DDMC 應會擷取正確的 DD 指紋。
