檢查 Shield for Windows 記錄是否有逾時錯誤訊息

Dell Security Management Server (先前稱為 Dell Data Protection | Enterprise Edition) 的連線預設值為 60 秒，而 Shield 傳送和接收作業的預設值為 30 秒。

若要診斷問題，請在 Shield 記錄中尋找 HTTP 逾時。Shield 記錄顯示類似下列訊息的錯誤：

[XmlRpcActivate: 427] HTTP request failed yet again. HTTP error(12002) -
The operation timed out
[Activator: 700] Activation - Verify network connectivity to the CMG Server at "XYZPolicy" and CMG Device Server at "https://XYZpolicy:8083/xapi"
[User: 632] - Device Server Connection error (12002)

警告：下一個步驟是 Windows 登錄編輯：
  1. 盡可能升級至最新的 Dell Encryption 版本 (最低 8.1.0.5744)。
  2. 在下載金鑰資料的端點上開啟 Windows 登錄編輯器，方法是在「執行」視窗中輸入 regedit ，然後選取 「確定」。
    輸入 regedit
  3. 赴 Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\CMGShield。
  4. 建立名為 DWORD HTTPTimeout。
  5. 以滑鼠右鍵按一下 HTTPTimeout ，然後選擇 修改。
  6. 設定值資料為 300，以十進位為單位。

此登錄覆寫值會更新 Shield for Windows 的傳送和接收作業。電腦會將連線作業的登錄覆寫值加倍。有效的登錄值為 30 秒，最多達 300 秒。任何高於或低於的值都將更改為允許的最小值和最大值。
