Resolution

In dit geval:

  1. Open SQL Server Management Studio
  2. Ga naar de eigenschappen van de login.
    Opmerking: De aanmelding onder instance\Security en niet de gebruiker onder database\Security, wordt gebruikt door de Dell Data Protection Services om verbinding te maken met de Dell Data Protection database
  3. Zorg ervoor dat de Standaarddatabase is ingesteld op de Dell Data Protection database.
  4. De standaardtaal is Engels ingesteld.
  5. Start vervolgens de Security and Compatibility Server services opnieuw.
