PowerFlex 导入工具 — 部署期间 PFxM 出错，无法create_ldap_user

情况说明

 使用 PowerFlex 导入工具将客户信息导入 PFxM。尝试部署。部署失败并显示 LDAP 错误。从 deployment.log：

ERROR [2024-08-05T17:21:41.107092] 75572: type/server.rb:3920:in `create_ldap_user': rackserver-2s6rm34: Could not create_ldap_user NoMethodError: undefined method `downcase' for nil:NilClass

影响

无法部署资源组。

Cause

4.2.0 之前的 PowerFlex 导入工具中存在错误。它使用错误的用户名导入凭据。它使用 root/admin/secadmin，还将单词 NULL 放在域字段中。因此，将 PFxM 自动化投入到 LDAP 配置代码序列中  

Resolution

删除凭据，然后使用 UI 手动重新创建它们。  

其他选项是升级 PowerFlex Import Tool 4.2.0 或更高版本。
