Symptoms

시나리오

 고객 정보는 PowerFlex 가져오기 툴을 사용하여 PFxM으로 가져옵니다. 배포를 시도했습니다. ldap 오류로 인해 배포가 실패합니다. deployment.log에서:

ERROR [2024-08-05T17:21:41.107092] 75572: type/server.rb:3920:in `create_ldap_user': rackserver-2s6rm34: Could not create_ldap_user NoMethodError: undefined method `downcase' for nil:NilClass

Cause

4.2.0 이전의 PowerFlex Import Tool에 버그가 있습니다. 잘못된 사용자 이름으로 자격 증명을 가져오는 위치입니다. root/admin/secadmin을 사용하고 도메인 필드에 NULL이라는 단어를 넣었습니다. 따라서 LDAP 구성 코드 시퀀스에 PFxM 자동화를 적용합니다  

Resolution

자격 증명을 삭제하고 UI를 사용하여 수동으로 다시 생성합니다.  

다른 옵션은 PowerFlex Import Tool 4.2.0 이상으로 업그레이드하는 것입니다.
