Symptoms

De volgende fout wordt gemeld in de Avamar gebruikersinterface of mccli:

67678 2025-03-10 16:17:58 GMT ERROR 52001 SYSTEM  PROCESS /     Communications Module Scanner Error
 

Het switchbewakingslogboek bevat de volgende vermeldingen:

Cause

Het switchbewakingsscript is niet bijgewerkt met de nieuwste firmwareversies en herkent de firmware dus niet.

Resolution

1. Meld u aan bij het betreffende Avamar hulpprogrammaknooppunt of het enkele knooppunt als beheerder.

2. Download de GoAV hulpprogramma uit. Zie het volgende artikel voor meer informatie: Avamar: GoAV-producttool voor beheer en probleemoplossing

3. Verhoog naar rootprivileges:

su -
 

4. Start de GoAV tool met de volgende opties:

./goav fix-switch-firmware-config
