Symptoms

  • L'utente non è in grado di configurare LDAP per l'autenticazione utente su PowerStore.
  • L'errore ricevuto è: 
    Validation failed: [Path '/ldap_servers'] Array is too short: must have at least 1 elements but instance has 0 elements. (0xE04040030001)

Cause

Se non si clicca sul pulsante "Add", PowerStore non ha aggiunto il server al relativo elenco.

 

Resolution

  • Cliccare sul pulsante "Add" per aggiungere il server LDAP all'elenco dei server. L'IP del server dovrebbe essere elencato come indicato di seguito.
    Configurazione dei servizi directory

  • Cliccare su "Apply" per completare la configurazione.
