Symptoms

  • ユーザーは、PowerStoreでユーザー認証用にLDAPを構成できません。
  • 表示されるエラーは次のとおりです。 
    Validation failed: [Path '/ldap_servers'] Array is too short: must have at least 1 elements but instance has 0 elements. (0xE04040030001)

Cause

[Add]ボタンがクリックされないため、PowerStoreはサーバー リストにサーバーを追加していません。

 

Resolution

  • 「追加」ボタンをクリックして、LDAPサーバーをサーバーリストに追加します。サーバーIPは次のように表示されます。
    ディレクトリー サービスの構成

  • [Apply]をクリックして設定を完了します。
