파일 시스템 백업이 실패하고 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

Cause

Avamar는 현재 Boost 라이브러리로 인해 DD(Data Domain)에 커밋되지 않은 부스트 라이브러리에 최소한의 정보를 전송합니다. OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT 설정. 따라서 DD가 데이터를 커밋하는 데 더 많은 시간이 필요합니다.

Resolution

sysadmin 계정으로 다음을 실행하여 DD 파일 시스템을 비활성화합니다.

filesys disable

를 늘립니다. OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT 다음 단계에 따라 설정합니다.

 
참고: SE(System Engineer) 명령은 DDOS 버전 7.7.5.25, 7.10.1.15, 7.13.0.15, 6.2.1.110 이상에서 더 이상 사용되지 않으며 Dell 직원만 액세스할 수 있습니다.

 

이전 버전의 Data Domain의 경우 DD에서 SE 권한 모드로 전환한 후 다음 명령을 실행합니다.

SE@## se sysparam set OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT = <new value>
SE@## se sysparam show OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT


최신 버전의 Data Domain에서는 SE 권한 모드를 더 이상 사용할 수 없으므로 Bash 액세스가 필요합니다.

# ddsh -s se sysparam show OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT
# ddsh -s se sysparam set OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT= <new value>
# ddsh -s se sysparam show OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT

유효한 값의 범위는 10,800에서 259,200까지이며 기본값은 10,800입니다. 권장되는 초기 값은 172800입니다.

sysadmin 계정으로 다음 명령을 실행하여 DD 파일 시스템을 활성화합니다.

filesys enable
