Cause

Avamar 會將最少的資訊傳送至提升程式庫，因為目前並未認可至 Data Domain （DD） OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT 設定。因此，DD 需要更多時間來認可資料。

Resolution

使用 sysadmin 帳戶執行下列命令，以停用 DD 檔案系統：

filesys disable

增加 OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT 請依照下列步驟進行設定：

 
注意：DDOS 版本 7.7.5.25、7.10.1.15、7.13.0.15、6.2.1.110 及更新版本中已淘汰系統工程師 （SE） 命令，僅供 Dell 員工使用。

 

若為舊版的 Data Domain，請在 DD 上進入 SE 權限模式，然後執行下列命令：

SE@## se sysparam set OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT = <new value>
SE@## se sysparam show OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT


若為較新版本的 Data Domain，則需要 Bash 存取，因為 SE 權限模式已無法使用：

# ddsh -s se sysparam show OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT
# ddsh -s se sysparam set OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT= <new value>
# ddsh -s se sysparam show OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT

有效值範圍為 10800 到 259200，預設值為 10800。建議的初始值為 172800。

使用 sysadmin 帳戶執行下列命令，啟用 DD 檔案系統：

filesys enable
