Cause

Avamar 向 Boost 库发送最少的信息，该库由于当前 OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT 设置。因此，DD 需要更多时间来提交数据。

Resolution

通过使用 sysadmin 帐户运行以下命令来禁用 DD 文件系统：

filesys disable

增加 OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT 按照以下步骤进行设置：

 
提醒：在 DDOS 版本 7.7.5.25、7.10.1.15、7.13.0.15、6.2.1.110 及更高版本中，System Engineer （SE） 命令已被弃用，并且只能由戴尔员工访问。

 

对于较旧版本的 Data Domain，请在 DD 上进入 SE 权限模式，然后运行以下命令：

SE@## se sysparam set OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT = <new value>
SE@## se sysparam show OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT


对于较新版本的 Data Domain，需要 Bash 访问权限，因为 SE 权限模式不再可用：

# ddsh -s se sysparam show OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT
# ddsh -s se sysparam set OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT= <new value>
# ddsh -s se sysparam show OST_ABANDON_TIMEOUT

有效值范围为 10800 到 259200，默认值为 10800。建议的初始值为 172800。

通过使用 sysadmin 帐户运行以下命令来启用 DD 文件系统：

filesys enable
