Symptoms

Datortangentbordet (internt eller anslutet externt tangentbord) svarar inte på inmatning. Tangentbordet hörs klicka när du skriver i Windows 11 eller Windows 10 via högtalarna. Det externa tangentbordet fungerar inte heller, med samma symptom. Tangentbordet på skärmen fungerar.

Cause

Filtertangenterna är aktiverade.

Detta händer när du håller ned skifttangenten i åtta sekunder och aktiverar filtertangenter. (Standardinställningen är att aktivera filtertangenter)

Resolution

Följ dessa steg i Windows 11 och 10 för att stänga av filtertangenter:

  1. Öppna Inställningar:

    Klicka på Start-knappen och sedan på ikonen Inställningar (kugghjulsikonen).

  2. Gå till Tillgänglighet:

    I Windows 10 väljer du Hjälpmedel. I Windows 11 väljer du Hjälpmedel.

  3. Välj tangentbord:

    Välj Tangentbord på menyn till vänster.

  4. Stäng av filtertangenter:

    Leta reda på filtertangenterna och växla den till avstängt läge.

  5. Valfri:

    Avaktivera kortkommandot:

    • När du aktiverar filtertangenterna av misstag, inaktivera genvägen som aktiverar den.

    • Under Filtertangenter klickar du på Konfigurera filtertangenter. 

    • Rensa sedan rutan där det står; Slå på filtertangenter när höger SHIFT trycks in i 8 sekunder.
