Symptoms
SupportAssist er aktiveret uden brug af proxy, når du bruger svc_remote_support-tjenestescriptet ved hjælp af Direct connect og proxy, men leveres med forkerte proxylegitimationsoplysninger.
Cause
Hvis proxyens legitimationsoplysninger er forkerte, forsøger servicescriptet at aktivere SupportAssist uden at bruge proxylegitimationsoplysningerne i stedet for at afvise anmodningen om at aktivere SupportAssist.
Resolution
