Symptoms
직접 연결 및 프록시를 사용하여 svc_remote_support 서비스 스크립트를 사용할 때 프록시를 사용하지 않고 SupportAssist가 활성화되지만 잘못된 프록시 자격 증명과 함께 제공됩니다.
Cause
프록시 자격 증명이 올바르지 않은 경우 서비스 스크립트는 SupportAssist 활성화 요청에 실패하지 않고 프록시 자격 증명을 사용하지 않고 SupportAssist를 활성화하려고 시도합니다.
Resolution
