Symptoms
SupportAssist wordt ingeschakeld zonder proxy te gebruiken bij gebruik van het svc_remote_support servicescript met directe verbinding en proxy, maar geleverd met onjuiste proxyreferenties.
Cause
Als de proxyreferenties onjuist zijn, probeert het servicescript SupportAssist in te schakelen zonder de proxyreferenties in te schakelen in plaats van het verzoek om SupportAssist in te schakelen in plaats van te mislukken.
Resolution
Om dit te voorkomen, moet u SupportAssist inschakelen met behulp van de juiste proxyreferenties.
