Symptoms
使用直接連線和代理的 svc_remote_support 服務指令檔時，SupportAssist 會在不使用代理的情況下啟用，但提供的代理認證不正確。
Cause
如果代理認證不正確，服務指令檔不會使啟用 SupportAssist 的要求失敗，而是嘗試在不使用代理認證的情況下啟用 SupportAssist。
Resolution
為避免發生此情況，您必須使用正確的代理登入資料來啟用 SupportAssist。
