Symptoms

- Impossibile visualizzare le informazioni sulla configurazione del logging remoto nell'interfaccia utente di Unisphere.
- Anche se la configurazione non è visibile, i registri sono stati inviati a un server syslog remoto.
- Configurazione tentata nuovamente con lo stesso indirizzo IP e viene visualizzato un messaggio di errore.

Cause

Si verifica una mancata corrispondenza tra la base dati per l'interfaccia utente di Unisphere e le informazioni memorizzate in CST per una voce IP specifica.

Resolution

Questo problema può essere risolto riavviando il software di gestione.

Unisphere UI > Service > Service Tasks > Restart Management Software.
