Dell Unity : Les paramètres de journalisation à distance ont disparu de l’interface utilisateur Unisphere. (Corrigible par l’utilisateur)

- Impossible d’afficher les informations de configuration de la journalisation à distance dans l’interface utilisateur Unisphere.
- Bien que la configuration ne soit pas visible, les journaux ont été envoyés à un serveur syslog distant.
- Nouvelle tentative de configuration avec la même adresse IP : un message d’erreur s’affiche.

Il existe une incompatibilité entre la base de données de l’interface utilisateur Unisphere et les informations stockées dans le CST pour une entrée IP spécifique.

Ce problème peut être résolu en redémarrant le logiciel de gestion.

IU Unisphere > Service > Service Tasks > Restart Management Software.
