Cause

In Windows 10, iastorHsa_ext.inf and iastorHsaComponent.inf must be restarted before they are ready when install Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and Application 19.x.x.xxxx or higher.

Resolution

Go to Microsoft Store, and the computer installs the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Application automatically. Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management can be found after reboot.

If Microsoft Store is not accessible, download the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and Application from the Dell Drivers & Downloads page. Re-install it and then reboot the computer to make Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management findable.
