Symptoms

Geïnstalleerde vertrouwenscode toont "<geen>" en kan de status onder "Licentiestatus weergeven" niet bijwerken zonder enige fout bij "Logboek weergeven".

Cause

CSSM is niet bereikbaar en het geconfigureerde transporttype is CallHome.
Gebruik de onderstaande opdracht om te controleren of de URL precies als volgt is geconfigureerd: https://tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService.

Resolution

Configureer de URL en controleer of de configuratie van de call home is bijgewerkt met de URL.

switch(config)# ip name-server 171.70.xx.xx
switch(config)# callhome
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml trans http
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml email sl-sch-test@cisco.com
switch(config-callhome)# dest xml http https://tools.cisco.com/its/service/oddce/services/DDCEService
switch(config-callhome)# enable
switch(config-callhome)# commit*
switch(config-callhome)# exit
switch(config)# feature license smart
Zorg ervoor dat de CallHome distributer is ingeschakeld. Zo niet, dan mislukt de vastlegging.
Zodra de URL is geconfigureerd, installeert u de vertrouwenscode met behulp van de onderstaande: 
Voer de opdracht uit op de switch: 
switch# license smart trust idtoken id_token_value all
Het id-token moet worden gekopieerd van de CSSM-portal op het tabblad Inventarisatie-algemeen>.
