Symptoms

Користувач може увійти в Unity через інтерфейс користувача, але не може підключитися через SSH, помилка показує, що не знайдено відповідного методу обміну ключами.

Unity працює під управлінням коду 5.3, який вже видалив всі алгоритми обміну ключами sha1.

 

Cause

Клієнт використовує програмне забезпечення під назвою DBSAFER як проксі-сервер ssh для керування доступом ssh від клієнта до Unity. Клієнт встановлює ssh-з'єднання з DBSAFER замість Unity, коли ssh до IP управління Unity. DBSAFER працює на старій версії openssh, яка підтримує лише деякі старі алгоритми обміну kex, які не підтримуються клієнтом.

Висновок "ssh -vvv <Unity mgmt IP"> показує, що сервер працює під управлінням відкритого SSH версії 3.0, а також вказується версія DBSAFER 2.30.205.

Resolution

  • Вимкніть DBSAFER або налаштуйте DBSAFER, щоб дозволити клієнту безпосередньо ssh до Unity.
  • Оновіть DBSAFER, щоб він підтримував більш безпечні алгоритми SSH.
