Symptoms



アフィニティが構成されていないNLBを使用しているExchange環境でSourceOne OWAアドインを使用して元のアイテムを表示しようとすると、次のエラーが発生します。
「/owa/ES1OWA2016」アプリケーションでのサーバー エラー

IISログを表示すると、サイト リクエストがHTTP 500応答で失敗したことが示されます
SourceOne OWA ES1OWA2016ログには何も記録されていません

IIS トレース ログでは、次の内容が報告されます。
'/owa/ES1OWA2016' アプリケーションのサーバーエラー。

viewstate MACの検証に失敗しました。このアプリケーションが Web ファームまたはクラスターによってホストされている場合は、 <machineKey> 構成で同じ validationKey と検証アルゴリズムが指定されていることを確認します。自動生成はクラスターでは使用できません。

IIS トレース ログは、次を使用して有効にして表示できます:

に移動します。デフォルトの Web サイト/owa/ES1OWA2013Web
using Features view
1. [Configuration Editor] を選択します
2. [Section] ドロップダウンで [System.Web] を展開します
3. System.Web ツリーの下から [トレース] を選択し
以下を設定します。
    enabled=true
localonly=true
mostrecent=true
pageoutput=true
requestlimit=10
tracemode=sortbytime
writetodiagnostics=true
4。変更の適用

失敗した要求を行ってから、ブラウザーに移動します
http://localhost/owa/ES1OWA2016/trace.axd

Cause

この問題は、アプリケーションに使用される暗号化キーがアプリケーション サーバー間で異なることが原因で発生し、リクエストが失敗します。  詳細については、次のMicrosoft KBを参照してください。

Resolution

1.NLB でサーバー アフィニティを有効にして、要求元クライアントのすべてのトラフィックが 1 台のサーバーで処理されるようにしました
2.すべてのES1OWA2016 サイトで共通の machineKey 値を設定して、各サーバーへのすべての要求が正常に満たされるようにします
IIS 7 では、カスタム マシン キーを自動的に作成し、最初のサイトで構成すると、他のすべてのES1OWA2016 サイトでそれらの値を使用できます。  次のサイトでは、machineKey:
