Symptoms

發生問題：
掛接磁帶磁碟區時，我們收到錯誤：
NetWorker 管理發生錯誤

無掛載的負載在磁碟區上運作正常。

 

Cause

組態：

  1. 磁帶庫：
    名稱：STK@12.0.0
    磁帶設備：
    /dev/nst8
    /dev/nst9
    /dev/nst10
    /dev/nst11

  2. 池：
    我們 尚未 從集區的選取準則中個別的磁帶庫中選取任何磁帶裝置/磁帶機
    媒體池屬性 - 磁帶

 

Resolution

解決方案：

  1. 從個別磁帶庫中選取集區中的至少一個磁帶裝置：
    在「媒體池屬性」中選擇磁帶設備

  2. 現在嘗試掛接磁帶卷：
    將磁帶磁碟區掛載到 NetWorker Administration 上
