較新的 Dell 系統在使用生成樹通訊協定時，在網路上執行開機前執行環境 （PXE） 開機映像時可能會遇到困難。生成樹通訊協定適用於 Dell、Cisco 及其他受管理交換器。在映像製作過程中，PXE 開機至系統時，較新的 Dell 系統 BIOS 有有限的逾時時間。這意味著當交換機提供回應時，系統可能無法接收動態主機配置協定 （DHCP） 資訊。如果懷疑使用生成樹通訊協定，下列因應措施或許可解決問題：
延遲 PXE DHCP 要求，直到系統準備好接聽：
- 當 DHCP 游標開始在顯示器上旋轉時，請按下鍵盤上的 暫停 按鈕。
- 等待大約 30 秒，然後按下 向上箭頭 以恢復 DHCP 進程。
注意：如果第三個 DHCP 回應未收到
