Symptoms
Avamar Serverを19.3にアップグレードした後、Avamarのデータ コレクションが次のエラーで失敗します。
Connection to database mcdb failed: authentication method 10 not supported (-1)
Cause
Avamar 19.3以降、mdcdへのリモート認証方法が更新されました。
エージェント ログに次のメッセージが表示されます。

Resolution
Avamarの新しい認証方法のサポートは、DPA 19.3.
で導入されました認証とデータ コレクションを正常に行うには、DPAデータ コレクション エージェントを19.3にアップグレードします。
