Symptoms
Når du har oppgradert Avamar-serveren til 19.3, mislykkes datainnsamlingen for Avamar med følgende feil:
Connection to database mcdb failed: authentication method 10 not supported (-1)
Cause
Fra og med Avamar 19.3 er metoden for ekstern godkjenning til mdcd oppdatert.
Følgende melding vises i agentloggen:

Resolution
Støtte for den nye godkjenningsmetoden for Avamar ble innført i DPA 19.3.
Oppgrader DPA data collection Agent til 19.3 for vellykket godkjenning og datainnsamling.
