Symptoms

  • Konzoli NetWorker Management Console (NMC) se nespustí.
  • Server NMC je nainstalovaný na serveru Linux.
  • Proces HTTPD serveru NMC přejde po spuštění služby GST do nefunkčního stavu.
  • Služba GST serveru NMC a procesy Postgres zůstávají spuštěné

Cause

Skript httpd.pid Soubor nebyl odstraněn při vypnutí služby GST.

Resolution

  1. Otevřete prostředí se zvýšenými oprávněními na serveru NMC.
  2. Zastavte službu GST:
# systemctl stop gst
  1. Odstraňte soubor httpd.pid
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. Spusťte službu GST
# systemctl start gst
