Symptoms

  • Die NetWorker Management Console (NMC) wird nicht gestartet.
  • Der NMC-Server ist auf einem Linux-Server installiert.
  • Der HTTPD-Prozess des NMC-Servers wechselt nach dem Start des GST-Service in einen nicht mehr ausgeführten Status.
  • Der GST-Service des NMC-Servers und die Postgres-Prozesse werden weiterhin ausgeführt

Cause

Bei der httpd.pid Datei wurde nicht gelöscht, als der GST-Service heruntergefahren wurde.

Resolution

  1. Öffnen Sie eine Shell mit erhöhten Rechten auf dem NMC-Server.
  2. Beenden Sie den GST-Service:
# systemctl stop gst
  1. Löschen Sie die Datei httpd.pid
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. Starten Sie den GST-Service
# systemctl start gst
