Symptoms

  • NetWorker Management Console (NMC) no se inicia.

Cause

La variable httpd.pid El archivo no se eliminó cuando se apagó el servicio GST.

Resolution

  1. Abra un shell elevado en el servidor NMC.
  2. Detenga el servicio GST:
# systemctl stop gst
  1. Elimine el archivo httpd.pid
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. Inicie el servicio GST
# systemctl start gst
