NetWorker Management Consolen käyttöliittymä ei käynnisty lakkautetun HTTPD-prosessin vuoksi

• NetWorker Management Console (NMC) ei käynnisty.
• NMC-palvelin on asennettu Linux-palvelimeen.
• NMC-palvelimen HTTPD-prosessi lakkautetaan alv-palvelun käynnistämisen jälkeen.
• NMC-palvelimen GST-palvelu ja Postgres-prosessit pysyvät käynnissä

pikanäppäimellä httpd.pid -tiedostoa ei poistettu, kun alv-palvelu suljetaan.

1. Avaa korotettu liittymä NMC-palvelimessa.
2. Pysäytä GST-palvelu:

# systemctl stop gst

3. Poista httpd.pid-tiedosto

# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid

4. Käynnistä tuoteveropalvelu

# systemctl start gst
