Symptoms

  • NetWorker Management Console (NMC) non si avvia.
  • Il server NMC è installato su un server Linux.

Cause

La colonna httpd.pid il file non è stato eliminato quando il servizio GST si arresta.

Resolution

  1. Aprire una shell con privilegi elevati sul server NMC.
  2. Arrestare il servizio GST:
# systemctl stop gst
  1. Eliminare il file httpd.pid
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. Avviare il servizio GST
# systemctl start gst
