HTTPDプロセスが機能していないため、NetWorker管理コンソールUIが起動しません

Summary: httpd プロセスは、GST サービスの開始後に非アクティブ状態になります。これにより、NMC UIが起動しません。

Symptoms

  • NetWorker Management Console (NMC)が起動しない。
  • NMCサーバがLinuxサーバにインストールされていること。
  • GSTサービスの開始後、NMCサーバーのHTTPDプロセスが非アクティブ状態になります。
  • NMCサーバーのGSTサービスとPostgresプロセスは実行されたままです

Cause

「 httpd.pid GSTサービスのシャットダウン時にファイルが削除されませんでした。

Resolution

  1. NMCサーバーで管理者特権のシェルを開きます。
  2. GSTサービスを停止します。
# systemctl stop gst
  1. httpd.pidファイルを削除します
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. GSTサービスを開始する
# systemctl start gst
