Symptoms

  • De NetWorker Management Console (NMC) wordt niet gestart.
  • De NMC server is geïnstalleerd op een Linux server.
  • Het HTTPD-proces van de NMC-server gaat naar een ter ziele gegane staat na het starten van de GST-service.
  • De GST-service van de NMC server en de Postgres-processen blijven actief

Cause

De httpd.pid Het bestand is niet verwijderd wanneer de GST-service wordt afgesloten.

Resolution

  1. Open een verhoogde shell op de NMC server.
  2. Stop de GST-service:
# systemctl stop gst
  1. Verwijder het bestand httpd.pid
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. Start de GST-service
# systemctl start gst
