Пользовательский интерфейс консоли управления NetWorker не запускается из-за неработающего процесса HTTPD

Summary: Процессы httpd переходят в несуществующее состояние после запуска службы GST. Это приводит к тому, что пользовательский интерфейс NMC не запускается.

Symptoms

  • Консоль управления NetWorker Management Console (NMC) не запускается.
  • Сервер NMC установлен на сервере Linux.
  • После запуска сервиса GST процесс HTTPD сервера NMC переходит в неработающее состояние.
  • Сервис GST сервера NMC и процессы Postgres продолжают выполняться

Cause

Переменная httpd.pid файл не был удален при завершении работы службы GST.

Resolution

  1. Откройте оболочку с повышенными привилегиями на сервере NMC.
  2. Остановите услугу GST:
# systemctl stop gst
  1. Удалите файл httpd.pid
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. Начните использовать услугу GST
# systemctl start gst
