Symptoms

  • NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 無法啟動。
  • NMC 伺服器安裝在 Linux 伺服器上。
  • 啟動 GST 服務後，NMC 伺服器的 HTTPD 程序會進入停用狀態。
  • NMC 伺服器的 GST 服務和 Postgres 程序仍在執行中

Cause

可使用 httpd.pid GST 服務關閉時，檔案並未刪除。

Resolution

  1. 在 NMC 伺服器上開啟提升權限的外殼。
  2. 停止商品及服務稅服務：
# systemctl stop gst
  1. 刪除 httpd.pid 檔案
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. 開始消費稅服務
# systemctl start gst
