UI NetWorker Management Console не запускається через непрацюючий процес HTTPD

Summary: Процеси httpd переходять у стан недійсності після запуску служби GST. Це заважає запуску інтерфейсу NMC.

Symptoms

  • Консоль управління NetWorker (NMC) не запускається.
  • Сервер NMC встановлений на сервері Linux.
  • Процес HTTPD на сервері NMC переходить у недійсний стан після запуску сервісу GST.
  • Сервіс GST сервера NMC та процеси Postgres залишаються в роботі

Cause

The httpd.pid файл не було видалено, коли сервіс GST був закритий.

Resolution

  1. Відкрийте підняту оболонку на сервері NMC.
  2. Зупиніть обслуговування GST:
# systemctl stop gst
  1. Видалити файл httpd.pid
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. Початок сервісу GST
# systemctl start gst
