  • NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 未启动。
  • NMC 服务器安装在 Linux 服务器上。
  • 启动 GST 服务后，NMC 服务器的 HTTPD 进程进入失效状态。
  • NMC 服务器的 GST 服务和 Postgres 进程保持运行状态

Cause

而 httpd.pid 当 GST 服务关闭时，文件未被删除。

Resolution

  1. 在 NMC 服务器上打开提升的 shell。
  2. 停止 GST 服务：
# systemctl stop gst
  1. 删除 httpd.pid 文件
# rm /opt/ lgtonmc/apache/logs/httpd.pid
  1. 启动 GST 服务
# systemctl start gst
