Symptoms

尝试停止 VxRail Manager 时报告失败 vxrail-platform-service 在新添加的节点上。

  • 任务中止并显示错误 "Failed to stop vxrail-platform-service service!"。
  • 日志条目指示平台服务停止请求无法到达节点。

Cause

VxRail Manager 与新节点之间的 ICMP 流量被阻止。扩展逻辑使用 ICMP 请求来验证节点的可访问性。当 ICMP 被过滤时，管理器无法确认节点是否存在，从而导致 "ip address not reachable" 错误和无法停止 vxrail-platform-service 在新节点上。

 

Resolution

允许 VxRail Manager 与新节点之间使用 ICMP，至少在节点添加到群集之前是这样。
