Symptoms

在 NMC 的任何工作流程 上按一下顯示詳細資料 ，會產生此錯誤訊息：
錯誤：無法接受訊息匯流排塊   

 

Cause

該問題的根本原因可歸因於RabbitMQ數據結構中的交換丟失或損壞。 

Resolution

  1. 在 NetWorker 伺服器上，開啟 系統管理員 PowerShell 提示或 root shell。執行下列命令以停止 NetWorker 和 NMC 服務：

Linux： nsr_shutdown ; sleep 10 ; systemctl stop gst
Windows： net stop nsrexecd /y
 

  1. 重新命名 RabbitMQ tmp 資料夾：

Linux：/nsr/tmp/rabbitmq
Windows：C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\RabbitMQ 
 

  1. 啟動 NetWorker 伺服器和 NMC 服務。當 RabbitMQ 被重新命名時，服務啟動會建立新檔案，包括一個新的資料目錄：

Linux： systemctl start networker ; sleep 10 ; systemctl start gst
Windows (PowerShell)： net start nsrd ; Start-Sleep 10 ; net start gstd
