Symptoms

备份管理员将 SQL 资产添加到 PPDM 中的保护策略。配置作业失败，并显示以下错误：

Cause

从备份客户端到 Data Domain 数据接口 IP 地址的端口通信被阻止。SQL 代理在策略配置期间验证存储连接。验证需要在端口 111、2049 和 2052 上连接到 Data Domain。当这些端口被阻止时，验证会失败并显示ACS0001。

错误日志中的 Data Domain IP 地址标识了无法访问的特定接口。

Resolution

为属于 Data Domain 的所有地址打开从备份客户端到 Data Domain 的端口 111、2049、2052。具体而言，请确保在日志消息中找到的 IP 地址已从资产源主机打开端口。
