다음은 SourceOne Email Management Autodisposition 스크립트를 실행할 때 수행되는 작업입니다.  

  • ExAsAdmin 프로세스는 모든 PBA(아카이브) 폴더를 통과하여 그 안에 있는 (MONTHS)가 보존 기간을 초과하여 폐기가 필요한지 확인합니다.  

  • 프로세스는 보존을 벗어난 모든 MONTH(한 달 전체가 보존을 충족해야 함)를 찾습니다. 

  • 폴더 삭제 요청을 데이터베이스에 넣습니다. 

  • 폴더(YYYYMM)는 ExAsArchive 및 ExAsIndex 프로세스에 의해 데이터베이스, 컨테이너 및 인덱스에서 삭제됩니다.  

  • 작업 상태가 데이터베이스에서 완료된 것으로 업데이트됩니다.
