以下是執行 SourceOne Email Management 自動處置指令檔時會執行的動作：

ExAsAdmin流程遍歷所有PBA（存檔）資料夾，並確定其中的任何（MONTH）是否已超出保留範圍並需要處置。

該過程會查找超出保留期的所有 MONTH（整個月必須滿足保留期）。

它將資料夾刪除請求放在資料庫中。

資料夾 （YYYYMM） 由 ExAsArchive 和 ExAsIndex 進程從資料庫、容器和索引中刪除。
