ExAsAdmin 进程遍历所有 PBA（归档）文件夹，并确定其中是否有任何 （MONTHS） 已超出保留期并需要处置。

该过程会查找超出保留期的所有 MONTH（整个月必须满足保留期）。

它将文件夹删除请求放在数据库中。

文件夹 （YYYYMM） 由 ExAsArchive 和 ExAsIndex 进程从数据库、容器和索引中删除。
