Symptoms

Der folgende Fehler wird in der Avamar-Benutzeroberfläche oder in den Protokollen angezeigt:

<MRMON145> Controller ID:  0   Battery temperature is high
Es kann auch eine Dial-Home-Serviceanfrage gesendet werden.

Cause

Die Controller-Batterie auf dem Node fällt aus, weil die Temperatur zu hoch ist. 
Die Ursache ist unbekannt.

Resolution

  1. Melden Sie sich beim Avamar-Server als Administrator an, erhöhen Sie die Rechte auf root und laden Sie die SSH-Schlüssel.

  1. Ermitteln Sie anhand der Informationen aus dem UI-Ereignis oder der Dial Home-Serviceanfrage den Node, der die Fehlermeldung erzeugt hat.
  2. Stellen Sie eine Verbindung zu diesem Node als Root her:
ssn 0.# --user=root

Wo 0.# ist die Nummer des physischen Node

  1. Extrahieren /var/log/messages -Dateien mit dem entsprechenden Befehl unten ausführen:
bunzip2 /var/log/messages*
gunzip /var/log/messages*
xz --decompress /var/log/messages*
  1. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Protokolle zeigen, dass die Akkutemperatur zu hoch ist:
grep -i battery /var/log/messages*
