Nell'interfaccia utente di Avamar viene visualizzato il seguente errore:

Symptom Code 52764
Event Name: HW_PHYS_DISK_BAD_BLOCK_G4T
 

È inoltre possibile creare una richiesta di servizio Dial Home.

 

Cause

  • È stato rilevato un blocco danneggiato in un disco rigido.
  • Si tratta di un errore medio e potrebbe essere necessario sostituire il disco rigido. 
  • Anche se il blocco danneggiato potrebbe essere risolto, questo è un avvertimento che indica che verranno trovati altri blocchi danneggiati in futuro.

Resolution

Creare una Service Request per far controllare e sostituire l'hardware, se necessario.
