Symptoms

SDS 연결 해제는 다음과 같은 증상으로 나타납니다.

  • 스토리지 재구축/재조정
  • 스페어 용량 감소
  • 나머지 SDS 시스템의 디스크 사용량 증가
  • 볼륨이 손상되었을 수 있음
  • 디바이스의 긴 IO 또는 디바이스 문제

MDM 이벤트 로그에서 다음 오류를 찾습니다.

7256  2017-07-13 14:20:12.410 SDS_DECOUPLED             ERROR            SDS: SDS_10.241.xxx.xxx (id: 3711776c00000003) decoupled.

 

Cause

MDM과의 통신을 위한 keep-alive 시간 초과는 5초입니다. MDM 연결 해제와 마찬가지로 네트워크 레이턴시 및 프로세스 문제를 확인합니다.

Resolution

scli query_all_sds를 수행하면 연결 끊기 메시지가 표시될 수 있습니다.

MDM과 SDS 노드 간의 연결을 확인합니다.

 SDS에서 통신할 수 없다고 표시하는 연결의 경우 호스트 간에 텔넷을 포트 7072로 실행합니다. 연결할 수 없는 경우 타겟 서버에서 SDS 프로세스가 실행되고 있는지 확인하십시오. 방화벽이나 차단할 수 있는 다른 항목이 있는지 네트워크와 호스트를 확인하십시오.

scli --start_sds_network_test

를 사용하여 결과를 검색합니다.

scli --query_sds_network_test --sds_ip 10.241.xxx.xxx
