PowerFlex：SDS 解耦網路測試

Symptoms

SDS 中斷連線會出現下列症狀：

  • 儲存裝置重建/重新平衡
  • 減少備援容量
  • 增加其餘 SDS 系統的磁碟用量
  • 可能的磁碟區損毀
  • 裝置長 io 或裝置問題

在 MDM 事件記錄中尋找下列錯誤：

7256  2017-07-13 14:20:12.410 SDS_DECOUPLED             ERROR            SDS: SDS_10.241.xxx.xxx (id: 3711776c00000003) decoupled.

 

Cause

與 MDM 通訊的保持連線逾時為 5 秒。與 MDM 斷開連接一樣，請檢查網路延遲和進程問題。

Resolution

如果您執行 scli query_all_sds，您可能會看到斷開連接的消息。

確認 MDM 和 SDS 節點之間的連線：

 如果是 SDS 表示無法通訊的連線，請將 telnet 執行至主機之間的連接埠 7072。如果無法連接，請檢查以確保 SDS 進程正在目標伺服器上運行。如果是，請檢查網路和主機是否有防火牆或其他可能被封鎖的項目。

scli --start_sds_network_test

檢索結果。

若要確認這是否為問題，請從每個 SDC 執行至連接埠 7072 的 telnet 工作階段。如果看到拒絕，請驗證網路連接。這是正確的輸出：
