PowerFlex：SDS 分离网络测试

Symptoms

SDS 断开连接会表现出以下症状：

  • 存储重建/重新平衡
  • 减少备用容量
  • 剩余 SDS 系统上的磁盘使用量增加
  • 可能的卷损坏
  • 设备长 io 或设备问题

在 MDM 事件日志中查找以下错误：

7256  2017-07-13 14:20:12.410 SDS_DECOUPLED             ERROR            SDS: SDS_10.241.xxx.xxx (id: 3711776c00000003) decoupled.

 

Cause

与 MDM 通信的保持活动超时为 5 秒。与 MDM 断开连接一样，检查网络延迟和进程问题。

Resolution

如果执行 scli query_all_sds，您可能会看到断开连接消息。

验证 MDM 与 SDS 节点之间的连接：

 对于 SDS 表示无法通信的连接，请运行 telnet 到主机之间的端口 7072。如果无法连接，请检查以确保目标服务器上正在运行 SDS 进程。如果是，请检查网络和主机是否有防火墙或其他可能阻止的项目。

scli --start_sds_network_test

使用 检索结果。

scli --query_sds_network_test --sds_ip 10.241.xxx.xxx
